Process

Predictable, from first message to live site.

Four steps, each with a clear output, usually measured in days rather than weeks. You see a working preview before you pay anything and always know what happens next.

01

Tell us

Day 0

The whole brief fits in an email.

Send us the name of the business, where it is and what you do — or the address of your current website. If you have photos, a logo or a price list, add them; if you don't, we start from what is public and ask for the rest.

We reply in writing within two working days: what we would build, what we need from you, and the price for your country. No call is required, though we're happy to have one.

You receive

  • A plain reply within two working days
  • The price, in writing
  • A short list of anything we need from you
02

Preview

Days 1–7

A real site, not a mood board.

We write, design and build the site with your content — real text, real photos, on desktop and mobile — and send you a private preview link. You react to something concrete.

Nothing is charged at this stage. If the direction is wrong, say so. If it's close, tell us what to change.

You receive

  • A private preview of the full site
  • Every page on desktop and mobile
  • A working contact form
03

Approve

Your pace

Edits until it's right. Then one decision.

Changes to text, photos and details are included — send them in one list or several, whichever suits you. When the site says what you want it to say, you approve it and pay the yearly fee by card through a personal, secure link.

The link shows exactly what is included and the short, plain-language service agreement you are accepting. No deposit, no card on file, nothing recurring.

You receive

  • Revisions included
  • A personal payment link
  • A plain-language service agreement
04

Live

3 working days

Live on your domain, then looked after.

Within three working days of payment we register or connect your domain in your business's name, publish the site on it, set up the business mailbox and send you the access details, plus the link for your Google Business Profile.

From then on, keeping the site online and up to date is our job. Write when something changes and we make the edit. Before the year ends we email you — it renews only when you choose to.

You receive

  • Site live on your own domain
  • Business mailbox with forwarding
  • Access details and a short guide to requesting edits
What you won't get

No agency theatre.

Process should make a project predictable — not make an invoice defensible. Here is what we deliberately leave out.

Start with a conversation
  • No deposit before you've seen the site

  • No hosting bills, renewals or plugin updates to think about

  • No automatic charges — it renews only when you say so

  • No jargon in documents you're meant to sign

  • No holding your domain hostage — it's registered in your name
